Fast Mode: This mode attempts to provide you with instant GPU access but will cost tokens. It is best suited for tasks that require fast output.
Relax Mode: This mode doesn't cost any tokens. You can create an unlimited number of images and videos each month in Relax Mode only for the features that support it, available to subscribers of the Standard, Pro, and Mega plans. Jobs in Relax Mode may be queued based on system usage, and the speed may be slower. It is best suited for tasks where speed isn't a priority, and it’s only available for specific functions.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into https://app.goenhance.ai/billing-setting, and clicking the "Manage Subscription" button. This will redirect you to Stripe's billing portal, where you can manage your plan, download invoices, switch plans, or cancel your subscription.

Your subscription renews on the same day each month as when you initially subscribed. you can see the details in your Billing & Payment. For annual plans, your credit reset occurs on the same day each month (e.g., if you subscribed on January 12th, your reset time is on the 12th of each month).

Yes, you retain the rights to your creations and can use them for personal purposes. However, commercial usage is only permitted for subscribers of our Standard, Pro, and Mega plans. Free users and Basic plan subscribers are limited to personal use only.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the AI-driven enhancer process, which involves significant computational costs, particularly for the GPU processing time required to create videos, we are unable to offer refunds. This policy is in part due to our upstream providers' terms, which do not accommodate refunds for the GPU processing time utilized. Issuing refunds would result in a financial deficit for our company. During the sign-up process, you agreed that the right to a refund is waived for these specific reasons. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to utilize our trial options to ensure the service meets your needs before purchasing.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions purchased through the iOS app in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, or through GoEnhance AI > Settings > Billing > Billing Settings > Manage Subscription.
